Senior Account Executive
As a Senior SaaS Account Executive at Acme Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our fintech solutions. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS and fintech, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Identify and prioritize target accounts, create tailored sales pitches, and lead negotiations to close high-value deals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and solutions that drive client success.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech industry. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. Provide regular forecasts and reports to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the fintech industry. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including trends, challenges, and key players. Familiarity with financial services, payments, banking, or related sectors is highly desirable.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software applications.
